About the print:
I had fun drawing these Ti Leaf plants and even got to capture one in bloom and going to seed, which I had never really taken note of before. Early Polynesians believed this common island plant to have divine powers and to ward off evil. Today we see it used in landscapes, lei and often to wrap offerings in sacred spaces.
