Liliha Mod Ocean

The new Liliha Mod is a print that was inspired by the fabulous concrete facade of the Liliha Library.  I've admired the interesting lines on this building while driving past it on work errands for nearly 20 years.  Over the pandemic, there was suddenly a barrier built around the building.  I remember feeling regret at never having stopped and walked inside and I thought of how sad it would be if they demoed it and built something new and shiny.  It was a pleasant surprise when the barrier came down and to see that they had restored the building.  I made a date with myself to go there one Saturday morning to explore this architectural gem.  It inspired this print, which is Mid-Century Modern in spirit and design.  The colors were inspired by a creative trip to Mexico.
