Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free USPS shipping on orders over $200.
  • Orders under $200: $8.50 within Hawaiʻi & $12.50 to the U.S. Mainland.
  • Orders placed before 12pm HST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm HST or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

UPS 2nd Day Air (U.S. Mainland Only)

  • Available for an additional charge.
  • Orders placed before 12pm HST (Mon–Fri) ship same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm HST ship the next business day.
  • Weekend orders ship Monday. Example: An order placed Friday at 2pm HST ships Monday and arrives two business days later.

International Shipping

  • Shipped via UPS Express (typically 3–5 business days).
  • Tracking number provided once your order ships.
  • Customs & import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • Orders ship to the address provided at checkout — please double-check your address before ordering.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing: check with your mail carrier and neighbors.
  • If you believe it was stolen, file a claim with the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
